How to kill a mockingbird.  1960 "This Hollywood masterpiece offers crucial lessons about prejudice and the fears that motivate it." This movie was a clear example of racial injustice and the destruction of innocence in the south of America. A lawyer named Atticus who is seen as racial heroism is defending a black man who is accused of raping a white woman. Atticus is looked down upon white people because he is defending a black man which clearly shows that there was no respect for black people even if they were innocent. However, the fact that a white man is willing to defend this man shows there is hope for society.  Time to kill 1996 "This film candidly depicts the residual effect of racism on the next generation."   This movie is a good example of hate crime towards African Americans back in the 90s, a young black was raped by two racist white men. Single vs Multi Camera Production.

Shows such as Dr. Phil are filmed in front of a live studio audience, a multi-camera format is needed when filming. Usually, in shows like Dr. Phil, the reaction of the audience needs to be shown, this makes the show more interesting. It also enables the audience to enjoy a free-flowing scene while the editors behind in the director gallery can quickly change between buttons. Multi-camera is usually used when the camera can't be stopped all the time to change the angle, this will make the audience get really bored with what they are watching. Furthermore an advantage of using MCP, it can get a lot of perspectives. less time consuming and the audience is more engaged. MCP is usually used in soap operas, talk shows, live events like football.  A disadvantage is that there it's usually less dramatic, which doesn't build up tension, it consists of larger equipment that the director may just have to use in the studio and not outdoors. Pulp fiction The un flashy lightening used in the Restaurant where Vincent and Mia have dinner together and end up dancing together, the lightening sets the mood and portrays the chemistry between these two. The lightening also accentuates Mia's appearance, which makes Vincent struggle to maintain his duty as a gentleman who was chosen by his boss to keep his wife entertained.
